Refund
and Cancellation Policy
IF
YOU ARE NOT COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH YOUR PURCHASE YOU MUST
CALL FOR AUTHORIZATION BEFORE RETURNING ANY MERCHANDISE.
Please make sure that you have your P.O. number and/or reference
or invoice number at hand, and that the merchandise is in
good salable condition. Product will only be accepted within
30 days from the shipment date and the return freight is
prepaid. We are completely committed to product quality and
your satisfaction. If not completely satisfied, please feel
free to request an exchange or a refund by calling our Customer
Service Department at 800-482-9161 (fax: 910-673-3727).

Pricing, and Shipping Terms
- Prices are subject to change
without notice.
- School, Library, Government and
Institutional Orders -Terms are Net 30 days from date of invoice.
- Personal Orders:
Please include payment with order or supply credit card number,
cardholder name and expiration date.
- Sales
or use taxes will be added when applicable.
- Shipping and Handling Costs are calculated with the following rate:
- Orders under $50: $5.00
- Orders $51 – $100: $7.50
- Over $101 - $500: 7.5%
- Over $501: 5%
- Orders are
shipped US Mail -Priority Paid.
- Orders are accepted by Phone, Fax,
Mail, or Web.
